The 2nd International OKIKUKAI Seminar in Serbia 2003 was hold in Belgrade from 14th to 19th September 2003. Seminar was hold by
• Takamiyagi Shigeru, Hanshi 9 Dan,
• Higa Toshio, Kyoshi 8 Dan,
• Yamashiro Hirokuni, Kyoshi 7 Dan,
• Machida Munehiro, Shihan 5 Dan,
• Kina Minoru, Shihan 5 Dan,
• Kyuna Susume, Shihan 5 Dan, with assistance of
• Fukiyato Naoya, 2 Dan

Over 70 OKIKUKAI members from Serbia, Srpska Republic, Croatia and Austria took part in the Seminar, as well as practitioners of other karate styles.
 |
There were 2 training sessions per day i "OLD DIF" Sports Centre. The one in the morning was 3 hours long and the one in the aftenoon 2 hours and 30 mins.
 |
The Seminar also included Dan-rank tests. Out of 26 candidates, 23 successfully passed the test and were promoted into higher Dan ranks. Testing lasted over 5 hours.
